Finely chopped all vegetables

Heat the oil with butter in cooker. Add half chopped onions in it fry for 2 min. After that add ginger garlic paste fry for 1 min.
Then add chopped tomatoes fry for 2 min. - 3
Then add chilli powder, salt, orange food colour mix well cook for 2 min.

After that add other chopped vegetables mix well add water as required mix well. Add pav Bhaji masala mix well close the lid cook till pav Bhaji is ready, take 7 to 8 whistle. When it's ready switch off the gas.

On tawa spread some butter toast the ladi pav on it. Serve pav bhaji with some chopped onions, butter and piece of lemon.
