Ingredients

  • 5Pamphlet Fish
  • 3-4 tbspvinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2heap tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • Pinchajwain
  • Pinchfood colour
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tsproasted zeera powder
  • 1-2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tsphot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Now marinate the fish for 1 hour with the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Now shallow fry the fish.

  4. 4

    Fish will be done in 5 mints.

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with any sauce.
