Hi, all great cooks here is presenting, so let's start In a pre heat kadai add ghee add cashews and fry well, if u want fry raisins u can add too. And keep aside.

In a pressure cooker add ghee soaked rice mix well then water cooked (3-4 whistles) on low heat. Cool it down

After open cooker mashed the rice roughly then add milk boil it. Continue stir well 15-30 mins you can see milk become thick.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, all dry fruits and pinch of kesar directly. Cooled down then add rose water. Serve cooled / hot garnish with dry fruits. Taste is yummy
