Jujips Stuffed Strawberry Chocolate

Melt strawberry chocolate compound by double bath process.

Stir with spoon melted chocolate and fill in piping bag and first fill 1/4 th in chocolate mould and put jujip in center & refill again till top tap to set it properly and keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Remove from the fridge and unmold the chocolate and brush the 3 petals with silver edible powder colour and serve in the plate.
