2Potatoes
Chedar cheese as required
1 tspBlack pepper
2 tspChat masala
Chilli garlic sauce half cup
2-3 tbspMayyonise
to tasteSalt
Oil for deep frying

At first peat potatoes and add stick in it from the middle of it and slightly cut thin layers

Then deep fry them

Then add all spices, chilli garlic sauce salt mayyonise and cheese and serve it at tea time with black tea
