Peanut Apple sweet is innovative Indian sweet made with roasted peanuts and been filled with yummy combination of peanut powder and milk powder. The sweet as apple but made with peanut powder as the main ingredient. The sweet has beautiful tiny apple shape.

Peanut Apple sweet is innovative Indian sweet made with roasted peanuts and been filled with yummy combination of peanut powder and milk powder. The sweet as apple but made with peanut powder as the main ingredient. The sweet has beautiful tiny apple shape.
Steps

Firstly, take a large pan /kadhai and roast the peanuts on low flame for 15 minutes.

Cool it and crush it with palms so that the shell removed from it. than they become white in colour.

Take a blender jar put this unshelled peanuts and grind them like this don't be over grind it otherwise oil comes(Sieve the powdered mixture to get fine powder. The finer the powder, the smoother will the apples be.).Then add milk powder in it and mix it well

Heat a heavy bottom pan. Put sugar in it. Add water in it.Now let the sugar get dissolve. Once the sugar dissolves, let the mixture boil till we get one string consistency of sugar syrup. Add saffron and cardamom powder once the mixture starts boiling.

Now reduce the heat and add the peanut and milk powder mixture and mix it well.

Now remove the mixture from the heat and place it on butter paper or a dish. Knead the mixture gently with the hands and bring it together to form a dough. Add another teaspoon of ghee to it. This will give a nice glaze to the apples.

Now grease your palms. Take a small ball and roll it till smooth. Press it from the center on the top and give apple shape. Insert the clove in it and for leaves, you can put pudina/mint leaves on it. Keep aside.

Once all the apples and made, take a paintbrush and take very little amount of red food colour in it and apply on the apples. Peanut apples are ready.

Peanut Apples are ready to eat.
