Sweet & sour fruit ice-cream topping
Most of us feel that a dessert is a delightful one when we eat with a tasty sprinkles, nuts, syrup or choco chips etc. there are various ice-cream flavours and toppings available in ice-cream parlours.
A special ice-cream dessert with fruit toppings will be an awesome dessert.
Sweet & sour fruit ice-cream topping

Cooking Instructions

Take the ripe bananas and chop it into small pieces or of medium sized slices
Apples are also to be made into medium sized pieces and place them aside in a bowl.

Take a cooking pan,place it on stove and let it just get heated on low flame.
now let the 150 gms butter be melted.Now pour 2 cups of crystal sugar and get melted

Now pour the cup of chopped bananas and apples in to the melted butter and saute them until they turn in to slightly brown colour.

Take a 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder, ketchup and soya sauce and add to it.Mix them well and saute them again well.
at this instinct you can observe sweet & little bit sour aroma.

Turn off the stove and cover it with a lid for 2 seconds.

It must be served after letting it cool to room temperature.
take a scoop of your favourite flavoured ice-cream (vanilla flavour is suggested to use)and now serve the prepared
dish as topping on ice-cream.A delightful dessert will be yours.
