First we grate dry coconut on low flame till it turns golden brown colour and crisp

Keep in a plate let it cool meanwhile we make sugar powder in grinder,and we knead soft dough with moyan and sufficient water keep aside

Now mix stuffing for karanji in a bowl take roasted coconut and sugar,khas khas cardamom powder all mix well

Roll a small puri keep stuffing in side and close the edges properly

Fry in oil till golden brown and crisp ready to eat
