Periperi Prawn Pasta
Steps

Take prawns washed, peeled & deveined in a bowl. Sprinkle peri peri seasoning and salt. Toss the bowl to combine seasoning in prawns. Cover and keep for 15 minutes.

Take 2 Tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat. Put prawns in single layer in pan. Cook for 2 minutes from each side. Remove and take out in a platter.

Chop white part of spring onion and saute in the same pan.if needed add Tbsp of oil. Add pasta sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, honey, salt & periperi seasoning in sauce. Let it cook till get little thick.

Boil Penne Pasta according to packet instructions till al dente.

When the pasta is al dente & sauce is thickened add julians of green, yellow bellpepper and prawns in sauce. Add pasta from boiling pot directly in pan through a sieve. If some pasta water comes in sauce let it. Mix the pasta & sauce well. Top with chop spring onions. Serve hot.Enjoy with Cookpad.
