Vegetable poha cutlets contain beaten rice & vegetables which is combination of carbs & proteins & thus it makes it a perfect balanced quick breakfast recipe.
Steps

Take a bowl & add poha,boiled potatoes, crumbled paneer, onions, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, oregano, some coriander & mint leaves(chopped), salt per taste & mix it together to form like a dough.

Make small ball size patties.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan & shallow fry the patties from all the side till golden brown in colour.

Serve hot with red chilli sauce.
