Instant coconut laddo
Steps

Put the coconut in a pan and roast for 2 minutes at low flame.
Add the cardamom powder and mix.
Add the condensed milk and mix till all the coconut is coated with condensed milk. - 2
In a few minutes, the mixtures becomes thick. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.

Apply some ghee on your palm, take some mixture and make a round ball out of it.
Roll the ladoo in some desiccated coconut.
