Slice onions,, Spinach, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves

Mix the above ingredients in the besan and rice flour along with cumin seeds, add little bit of water and keep it a side for 15 mins

Put oil in a pan for deep fry, once the oil heats keep in medium flame.

Once the flame keeps in medium flame, take the batter into small amounts and put in into the oil for deep fry, turn both sides until golden brown and remove it into a plate.

Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
