Cooking Instructions
- 1
Line an 8x8 square pan with wax paper.
Place the butterscotch chips in a glass bowl and melt in the microwave according to the package directions. Be sure not to overheat or the chocolate will seize.
Heat up frosting in a separate bowl for 15 sec, and Fold in the vanilla frosting to the butterscotch. Pour into your prepared dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. - 2
(I didn’t have a 8x8, I used the smallest pan I had, as you can see it worked out just fine.)
- 3
Remove foil, parchment paper, wax paper before cutting.
- 4
Cut into small squares. (this is very sweet.)

Homemade fudge brownies Homemade fudge brownies
They taste just like the fudge and homemade chocolate icing our grandmas, etc made back in the day on the stovetop. Except no stovetop for these! It has a fudge crunch and a gooey center. Sooo good! If you want them thicker, double the recipe. But I like them thin, because you can really taste the fudge crunch and brownie together. LISA DUNSON
