this has a great butterscotch flavor, its nice smooth and creamy, and a great bonus is its fast and easy to make
Steps

prepare an 9x9 pan with foil that has been buttered
- 2
melt chips and all ingredients together till they are smooth, you can use a microwave ( 30sec then stir repeat till until done, or over a double boiler)

pour into prepared pan, put into the refrigerator till set, about 2hrs,
- 4
remove from pan, cut into squares, store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
