  • 3 cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 canEagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cupchopped nuts (pecan or walnut

    In medium saucepan combine chocolate chips salt and evaporated milk heat on low until melted completely

  2. 2

    Add vanilla extract and pecan mix well

  3. 3

    spread wax paper an 8 by 10 pan poor fudge smooth and cold

  4. 4

    Left wax paper from pan slice and enjoy
