Ingredients

  1. 2 Tbspvegetable oil
  2. 2plates cooked white rice (leftover rice, put in the refrigerator for a night, is recommended)
  3. 250 grshrimps, peeled and deveined
  4. 50 grfrozen peas
  5. 50 grfrozen corn
  6. 1medium carrot, small diced
  7. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  8. 2 Tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  10. 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder or to taste
  11. 2 stalksgreen onions, thinly sliced
  12. 1/2 Tbspsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in the wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
    Add carrot, corn, and peas. Keep stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Add shrimps and cook until the shrimps change color.

  3. 3

    Add rice. Then season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Test the taste.

  4. 4

    Add green onions and sesame oil to get the special smell of the sesame oil. Yum! 😋
