Daliya Pudding - Daliya is very healthy, it gives immense power to body to stay active, if we use in breakfast it will be very best for us . It's too healthy and very quickly we can prepare. We have to serve with ghee will add more taste also more healthy.

In a vessel take dalia and add almost 2 cup water. mix well, rest for 2-3 minutes and drain the top water so that it becomes clean.

Now add jaggery, and 2 cups of water to it.

Add a glass of water in the cooker and place this vessel in cooker, cover it with lead. Now cook it on a high flame till it is 2 whistles and on low heat for around 5-6 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Now after 5 minutes take it out of the cooker.

Take it out in a big vessel and add salt, cardamom powder and 2 cups of water and mix it well and cook it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.

Healthy, delicious Daliya pudding is ready. Serve it with ghee.
