Ingredients

  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1/4 Cupmilk
  • 1/4 Cupgrated parmesan
  • 1/4 Cupshredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 Cupwhite cheddar shredded
  • Dashblack pepper
  • Fresh basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and add milk

  2. 2

    Once milk is hot slowly stir in cheddar, then mozzarella, then the parmesan. Cook on medium low until fully melted and incorporated.

  3. 3

    Pour sauce over preferred pasta. Garnish with pepper and fresh chopped basil
