Grind rice in nice paste. For instant ghavan use rice flour. Add 3 cups of water to one cup of rice flour. Add water to it.

The batter should be in pouring consistency.

Heat pan. Add one laddle batter. Move pan with hand to adjust batter in round shape.

Cover with lid.

Open lid once it starts leaving sides.

Roll it nicely.

Prepare all ghavan accordingly.

Serve it hot with any curry, chutney or pickle.
