Take a bowl add gramflour, semolina, salt,oil,lemon juice, sugar, curd and water. Mix well and make a smooth batter leave for 30 minutes. After then add fruit salt and mix well. Take idli maker add water and keep it medium flame. Grease the idli stand with oil.pour the batter init and steam for 15 minutes.

Remove dhokla from idli maker. For tempering heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and green chilli. Then add water and sugar. Pour dhokla on pan and toss it well add chopped coriander.
