Ingredients

  1. 1bringal
  2. 4 tablespoonrice
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tspCoriander leaves
  5. 2Red Chilli
  6. 4 garlic pods
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 4 tablespoonoil
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice for 1 hour. Grind along with jeera, Dhaniya,Red chilli, salt and garlic. Add haldi and salt. Don't make the batter so watery. Wash and cut brinjal into round shape. Deep brinjal into this batter then swallow fry.
