Steps

Take gram flour and add all spices.

Now gradually add water and make batter. It should be fritter like consistency.

Now cut bread into 2 halves from corner.

Heat non stick tawa.

Dip bread piece into batter and put it on hot tawa. Apply oil from edges.

When one side is cooked then flip and cook from other side in the same way.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
