  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 tspSalt

    Heat up oil,add in plantain that was diced(horizontally and vertically),fry till golden brown,drain,sprinkle little salt while its hot and toss for few seconds, set aside,continue till all is fried,enjoy with drink of choice
