Peel, cut n rinse yam properly until clean in a bowl

Rinse pepper, shambu and cut onions together and pound with mortar or blend roughly.

Heat oil in pot on fire add the pound ingredients and stir fry a bit

Add the clean washed kpanla fish with suya and stir
- 5
Add Maggi mix'py ginger and garlic seasoning powder and cubes of Maggi with Salt. pour in water allow to heat

Add the yam into the pot of heated ingredients stir together and put already clean cut spring onion, cover and allow to cook until soft and thick.

Best served hot. Enjoy😋
