Veg masala oats balls

Grind masala oats in mixer grinder and make powder. Add suji and curd into. Mix well. Add enough water and make thick batter. Cover with lid and rest for 10-15 minutes.

Then add all chopped veggies, salt, black pepper powder and chopped green chilli. Mix well.

Grease appe pan with oil and put on flame. Add fruit salt into batter, pour one teaspoon water over it and mix in one direction. Pour batter into appe pan mould, apply little oil around them. Cover with lid and cook till golden brown at the bottom. Then flip their sides, again cook for couple of minutes. Transfer to a plate. Veg masala oats balls are ready to serve. Serve with green chutney and tea or coffee.
