Carrot Zucchini Rice Chilla

In mixing bowl add grated carrot, zucchini, rice flour, semolina, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, salt.. mix well and add enough water to make thin batter. Keep covered for 15 mins.

Heat non stick tawa, pour 1 laddleful of prepare batter, spread it around to make chilla. Sprinkle oil on it,cook for few minutes till lower part become golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook until lower part become crisp.

Serve delicious Hot Carrot- Zucchini Rice Chilla with green coriander chutney
