Hotdogs on a busy day!

This turned out so nice. I was in such a hurry. I wanted a loose meat sauce that wasn't too wet. I had some leftover coleslaw from KFC from a fishfry we had. Through it all together and I am glad I did!!

This turned out so nice. I was in such a hurry. I wanted a loose meat sauce that wasn't too wet. I had some leftover coleslaw from KFC from a fishfry we had. Through it all together and I am glad I did!!
Steps
- 1
Fry your hotdogs the way you like them. I like mine just caramelized.
- 2
Add the course meat to a pot. Break it up just a bit. Add seasonings. When browned drain the excess liquid.
- 3
Simmer to slightly bubbling. Then add the tomato paste. Simmer stirring occasionally until thickened.
- 4
Cook until the meat is done and thickened, about 20 minutes total. Then assemble the hotdogs. Dress them the way you like. I hope you enjoy!!
