First fry french fries until 90% done. Do not over fry them else they would turn out oily and break.
Use a skewer and arrange it as shown on the above picture. Try using longer fries.

Spread ketchup and bbq mayo. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. Add Cheddar and Mozerella Cheese and keep in oven for 3-4 mins until the cheese melts, enjoy! You can add jalapeno and black olives but its optional.
