Gajar ko bareek kadu kush kar lain. Aur rice ko boil kar lain.

Ab rice aur gajar main aik cup pani saal kar 5 minutes dhukan day kar paka lain.

Ab dudh add krain aur taiz aag pay boil aanay dain.

Boil aanay lug jaen to aag kum kar kay aik ghanta puknay dain. Chumch nahi lagana.

Hulki aag pay puknay dain.

Aik ghantay baad daighchi ko kupray pakar kar hila dain. Still no chumch.

Ab sugar add krain. Aur chumch say mix krain.

5 - 7 minutes tuk taiz agg pay chumch say mix kar lain. Jub gujraila achay say mix ho jaey aur thick lug rha ho to ghee add kar dain.

Ghee daal kar 5 minutes dum dain.

Dum kay forum baad chumch say achi tra mix kar lain aur dish out kar lain.

Aik kil gajar ka itna gajrailabun jata hay.

Hum log gajraila nashtay main dudh kay sath khatay hain yani dudh daal kar.
