Heat pure ghee in a karahi. Add semolina, Gram flour and Portrige. Roast till golden brown colour comes and roasted semolina fragrance comes.

Boil 4 bowls of water in a pan. Add sugar and green cardamoms. Heat it till sugar dissolves completely.

Add shredded dry fruits and coconut powder and stir.

Now pour sugar water mixture in semolina mixture slowly and keep stirring the mixture to avoid formation of lumps.

Keep stirring the mixture till whole water is absorbed. Sprinkle coconut powder and pistachio over it.

Serve hot with milk.
