Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gany short pasta
  2. 200 gready cooked cocktail prawns
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. For the pesto:
  5. Halfa courgette
  6. leavesFew basil
  7. Clovegarlic
  8. Few pine nuts
  9. TeaspoonParmesan - no more
  10. TeaspoonPecorino - no more
  11. Good amount of olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Chop courgette using the exterior part. Wash and dry very well, using kitchen paper, otherwise it'll be watery. Mix all pesto ingredients in a food processor until smooth

    Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain al dente and add pesto. Mix well

    Add prawns and mix again, serve and enjoy 😀
