Peel the yam and cut it into sizeable rectangle, rinse it immediately

Then drain off the water and put inside the pot. Add a pinch of salt and water to about the level of the yam. Cook for 10mims.

Then in another bowl crack your eggs, add pinch of salt and your seasoning and whisk together.

Dredge the yam in the eggs and fry.

When it's done then serve!
