Take rice and wash with water.

Then, dry roast the gram in pan in gas.

After light roasting,put the gram in bowl.

Then,add water in roasted gram for soak.

Cut potato,green chilli and tomato

Put oil in pan and fry the rice.

Next,keep it in a bowl from pan.

Once again put oil in pan.

Put the potato and fry it.

Then,put oil in pan with dry chilli, bay leaf,cumin seeds,cardamom,cinnamon and cloves

Then,saute it, add tomato and curry leaves in same pan

Then,add water soak lentil in pan with rice.
