Steps

Heat the milk on low flame by stirring in between.

When it get boiled add lemon juice for curdling the milk.

With the help of a thin cotton cloth separate the milk whey and curdle.

Wash the curdle with water to remove sourness of lemon. And keep it for1/2 hour to remove excess of water.

Now knead the curdle with the palm for 5 to 10 minute to make it smooth and soft.

Now add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix it properly.

Now take a nonstick pan cook this mixture for 2 to 3 minutes by continues stirring on low flame. Now add condensed milk and cook it for 5 minutes to make a thick paste.

Let it cool slightly. And make equal sized samll ball.

Press the ball slightly to make sondesh.

Garnish it with crushed pistachios.

Chanar sondesh is ready.
