Potato fritters or pav/ vada pav

Steps

First In a pan add 6 tsp oil and add asafoetida cumin and mustard seeds and let it crackle, Now add ginger garlic chilli paste and turmeric powder and cook. Now add boiled mashed potatoes and salt and mix well add coriander leaves and keep aside

Now make slurry by adding chickpea flour and salt and water

Heat oil in pan for deep frying now make balls of cooked potatoes and dip it in chickpea slurry and deep fry one by one..

Serve hot with cheese and pav, fry green chillies in oil and add salt and serve with cheese vada pav.
