This is a simple recipe that has never failed me. Growing up, i have never been able to eat coocke onions or tomatos, so, i had to find a way around it, and it's perfect!!
Steps

Blend, mince or completely grate tomatoes, onions, carrots, garlic clove, ginger, and chilli.

Squeeze in the lemen juice, add salt, tumeric powder and mix.

Add oil to a pan, add the mixture and slow cook it untill all the water has everporated and you're left with a paste.

Let it cool, put it inan airtight container, refrigerate and enjoy within a week.

I served it with matoke. Yummu 😋😋
