Take a deep big vessel and put in on flame add ghee and let it Heat and then add elaichi powder. Now add the wheat flour and start stirring continuously on low flame

Keep stirring for min 20 - 23 mins. Until it turns dark brown. Now add the crushed gum and chopped dry fruits one by one. Keep stirring continuously on low flame.

Now add the raisins and poppy seeds and mix well. Finally add the jaggery or sugar which is to b soaked in milk for 30 mins before starting the cooking process. Again mix well All ingredients and keep stirring.

Now let it cool on low flame for 3 - 4 mins and then turn off the flame and transfer the whole thing to thalis or plates with edges as do in any other sweet. Layer it and let it set. Garnish with poppy seeds and almond pieces on each piece and serve after cooling min 2 hrs
