Ingredients

  • 10-12potatoes boiled
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsprosemary herb, fresh or dry
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcoarse black pepper
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1juice of a lemon & zest
  • Abit of chopped dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the boiled potatoes, smash them abit with a big spoon

  2. 2

    Melt the butter & add all the other ingredients

  3. 3

    Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish. Pour the mixture generously on the potatoes

  4. 4

    Now grill these in a hot oven @180°c till brown & crispy

  5. 5

    Serve hot with choice of meal
