  2. Oil
  3. Chopped onions
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Chopped pepper
  6. Salt
  7. Curry powder
  8. Seasonings
  9. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your yam and cut it into a sizeable square

    In a pot, pour oil add your chopped onions let it fry for 3mins and add your pepper and scotch bonnet then stir well and add water, salt and your seasonings. Let it boil

    When it boiled, add yam. And when it's done serve!
