1/2 cupsugar
2 tsporange zest
1/4 cuporange juice
1 tbscorn starch
Topping
1 cupflour
1 cupbrown sugar
1/2 tspsalt
1 cupoatmeal
12 tbsbutter at room temperature cut in small pieces

Cut rhubarb and strawberries about 1/2 inch

Add all filling ingredients set aside for about 10 min

Mix topping ingredients

Place rhubarb mix in the cast iron skillet

Add the topping and bake at 350 for about 45 min
