Steps

Whisk butter in a mixing bowl and add powdered sugar,mix it again till it comes to creamy consistency.

Then add flour,salt,cocoa powder and milk

Knead it to a soft dough and roll it thin and cut it into rectangle shape,keep dots with toothpick..

Arrange them in a baking tray with the lined up parchment paper

Sprinkle some sugar on top.

Keep this in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes(175degree c)

Once it's done,remove from oven and shift it to wire rack to cool down completely.

Then for butter cream, beat the butter with electric beater or whisk.

Then add cocoa powder and powdered sugar and beat till it form thick creamy consistency.

Now apply the butter cream on one side of the biscuits and close it with the other side.
