Water leaf and ugu soup

Wash and slice the ugu,spring onion and water leaf, strain in a colander. Grate or blend your tomatoes/onion and pepper then cook it to paste.

Wash steam and fry the desired meat. Stir fry your paste in a little but adequate oil g/oil or red/oil. add in the spices maggi and meat. Add the leaves and cook on a low heat. Note: don't add water to the soup.

Enjoy with pounded yam😋😋😋
