  2. 1small onion, roughly chopped
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sweat you onions

    Add in the carrots and toss

    Add in the milk and the water and let simmer till carrots are tender

    Pour into a blender and blend to a smooth puree

    Garnish with simsim seeds and Serve with chapati
