Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1/2 bowlgram flour
  3. 1/2 bowljawar flour
  4. 1 tspfinaly chopped green chilli
  5. 2sp finaly chopped ginger
  6. as neededCooking oil for deep frying
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcarom seeds
  10. Pinchasafoetida
  11. As neededwater
  12. 1 bunchesfresh fenugreek leaves

    Fristly take a fenugreek leaves properly wash and remove it's stems now finaly chopped it keep it a side

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl add all given ingredients,2 tbs oil mix it well with hand then add water little by little and knead the stuff dough

    Now take a small portion of dough make a ball then roll it make a puri shape

  4. 4

    Now drop in hot oil now deep fry until crispy and golden nice brown colour on medium flame

  5. 5

    It's ready to serve it

    You can enjoy this tomato chatuny
