  1. 1 tbsolive oil
  2. 750 gplum tomatoes (halved)
  3. 4 tbswhite wine
  4. 4 tspbalsamic vinegar
  5. 375 gspaghetti
  6. salt and pepper
  7. Garnish
  8. Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Oil the slow cooker, add tomatoes, pour in wine and vinegar, add a little salt and pepper. Cover with the lid and cook on high.

    When nearly ready, cook the pasta until ready. Drain and mix into sauce.

    Spoon pasta into bowls and garnish with cheese.
