In a big bowl take ladoo flour, besan and soji. Add 2 tbsp oil and mix well

With warm water make tight dough

Start making medium sized rolls

Grab a frying pan, and put some oil according to how much is needed for frying. Place the rolls inside the pan in medium flame and fry until golden brown.

Let the rolls cool down for a few minutes

Finely crush the rolls in a mixture

Take a different pan, add some ghee and let it heat up in medium flame.

Next add the jaggery into the pan and let it melt. (Do not cook the jaggery)

Take the crushed mixture, add elaichi powder and dry fruits as per you choice

Add the melted ghee and jaggery into the the crushed mixture and mix well

Start making the ladoos. Here you can use any shape moulds, if you want.

Lastly sprinkle poppy seeds on top (khas khas).
