Steps

Finely make a paste of 3/4 of the fresh red chilli.

In a double boiler melt the chocolate.

Mix the chilli paste to it and rest of the part cut them diagonally for garnish.

Take fresh cream and nicely whipp it to form peaks.

Warm the water and mix the gelatine till it gets transparent.

Now mix all the ingredients like cream, chocolate, and gelatine and put them in individual cups.

We can increase the quantity of chocolate if you wish to by 50-80 gms.

Garnish with red chilli and choco chips.
