  • 2payaz sliced
  • 2tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tbsplahsan adrak ka paste
  • 2hari mirchay
  • Dahnia for garnish
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • Halftsp garam masala
  • Namak hasbay zaroorat
  • Halfteaspoon kuyti hui lal mirch
  • Halfcup oil

  1. 1

    Ak pan ma daal, half teaspoon haldi or Namak daal kar biol kar nay Kay liye rakh daay.
    Ak pan ma oil daal kar payaz brown kar lay.

  2. 2

    Jab payaz brown hu jaya tu lahsan adrak ka paste daal kar light brown kar lay phir tomato or tamaam dry masalay daal kar bhonay.

  3. 3

    Jab masala bhon jaya tu Biol daal dal kar mix kar lay or pan cover kar kay 5 se 10 minutes kay liye daam par rakh daay.
    Daam khol kar hara dahnia or hari mirch se garnish kar kay serve karay.
