Jab payaz brown hu jaya tu lahsan adrak ka paste daal kar light brown kar lay phir tomato or tamaam dry masalay daal kar bhonay.

Jab masala bhon jaya tu Biol daal dal kar mix kar lay or pan cover kar kay 5 se 10 minutes kay liye daam par rakh daay.
Daam khol kar hara dahnia or hari mirch se garnish kar kay serve karay.
