Take a big bowl and add aata and salt... add water to make a soft dough and keep aside.

Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan... add chopped onions green chilles and fry till it turns pink. Take a bowl.. add mashed boiled potatoes, fried onions, chopped coriander and all the dry ingredients and mix all with hand...

Take a small ball of the dough... make well and fill with potato mix.. close and make a ball and roll on the rolling board to make parathas.

Heat a tawa... place the paratha on tawa and cook on medium flame.. flip and cook till the paratha starts changing colour.. then add 1tbsp butter/oil.. fry from both sides till golden.

Serve hot with raita or pickle
